At Noor Kids, we want your little ones to love their fashion finds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once we inspect the items.
